KEY MEMBERS OF OUR GOVERNING BODY

CATHERINE NICHOLLS

CHAIR OF GOVERNORS

I'm the Policy and Public Affairs Manager for Camelot (which runs The National Lottery), and have also been a political consultant, advised on communications and social media, managed events and started out as a paralegal.

VICKY LADIZHINSKAYA

CO-OPTED, FINANCE

Vicky is the mum of Dylan, who is a pupil of the school, and loves going on adventures with him around London.

LISA RAWASHDEH

I’m from Northern Ireland but have lived in London for ten years. I enjoy reading and baking in my spare time. I like to travel and go on city breaks.

DAVID CARPENTER

CO-OPTED, SEND & SAFEGUARDING

David Carpenter is a co-opted secondary school teacher of 26 years experience. He has taught in 4 inner city schools all with a high level of social and economic disadvantage.

MELONIE WILLIAMS

CO-OPTED, VICE CHAIR, BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY

I am a working musician and I also teach BA Creative performance. I have been lucky enough to play music in many wonderful countries
from Europe & America to the Far East. I enjoy travelling, reading, playing word games and shopping but my favourite thing by far is being a parent!

FERGUS MCKEOWN

FINANCIAL ADVISOR

I am Ferry Lane's biggest Chelsea fan but I am also pleased to see Spurs doing so well. I enjoy ten pin bowling but I am not quite as good as Ferry Lane's champion Mr Hall! I have worked with Ferry Lane for a number of years and the school holds a special place in my heart.

ANGELA COZIER

STAFF, NURSERY NURSE

My name is Miss Cozier and I am a happy and cheerful person who absolutely loves music!

REBECCA ANDERSON

LOCAL AUTHORITY

I have spent my career to date working in public and third sector organisations, most recently in the major projects and commercial teams in the Cabinet Office.

I live on the Ferry Lane estate and spend my free time playing netball and baking.

ROBERT BURTON

PARENT GOVERNOR

I have studied modern languages and art in my career. I am a keen musician and play the piano. I also trained to be a nurse which led me to my current career in health and social care: I am the Acting Manager of a day service for autistic adults who have learning disabilities. In my spare time I enjoy reading, painting, watching films, playing video games, playing board games and playing the piano. I am a keen cyclist. I also enjoy spending as much time with my children as possible.

TOM SPENCER

CO-OPTED, CURRICULUM & COMMUNITY

I live on the Ferry Lane Estate and I enjoy playing football and cycling. I once travelled from St Pancras station and took trains all the way to Hong Kong. I enjoy going to work because I feeling like I'm helping people and I get to learn new things.
