Year 3 visit the Walthamstow Wetlands

Last week year 3 had an interesting trip to Walthamstow Wetlands.

This is a wildlife reserve and resevoir which is hugely important both scientifically and as a home to a wide range of fish, insects, birds and other wildlife. We are lucky to have such a place nearby to visit!

Year 3 learnt all about the work the team at the Wetlands do as well as having a go at fishing!

Year 5 have been designing outdoor shelters for guinea pigs. They explored the properties of different materials and worked in teams-here are some of their fantastic creations.. Also, a big thank you to everyone who took part in our non-uniform charity fundraiser for PhabKids! pic.twitter.com/d4CA…
