Year 6 visited The Wallace Collection, a beautiful and important art gallery in Bond Street. They learnt all about the history of the building and how it was donated to the public to enjoy. They took part in a Myths and Legends workshop, exploring all the fascinating paintings, sculptures and artefacts that told them stories of old myths and legends. Since their visit year 6 have been writing about these stories and have been writing a diary entry about the god Apollo who turned his lover into a tree. Did he feel guilty or not?!
