The approach to staff development is based upon respecting and valuing all staff members and the contribution they make to the school. It aims to provide support and encouragement at all times.

I once climbed to the summit of Mount Fuji. I have 4 brothers, 2 older and 2 younger than me.

I love music, particularly classical music and also love sport. When I was 10 I was in the school football team! I’m currently teaching myself to knit.

Hi, my name is Mr Rawnsley and I work in the nursery. I love to drink tea, read history books and novels and bake cakes and bread.

I was born in Cambridge and have lived in London for over 6 years. My Mum is from Italy and I have worked in many Italian schools teaching English. I now live in Essex with my husband, dog and 3 beautiful chickens! I love to do yoga and am on the committee for the East London Triathletes.

I love to travel and have been to six different continents (I'm yet to make it to Antarctica)! I also enjoy visiting galleries and museums in my spare time, particularly the beautiful British Museum.

Hello! My name is Bridie Kennedy. I grew up living on a sheep and crop farm in Australia. I have two younger siblings. Before I was a teacher, I worked in a hardware store.

My interests include cooking, reading, visiting new places and meeting new people. An interesting fact about me is that I have taught in 3 different education systems.

NATASCHA FARRELL

YEAR 4 TEACHER

Natascha Farrell: I was born in Luxembourg but lived in Florida for 12 years. In my spare time I like to travel, bake and spend time with my friends and family. I once climbed to the summit of Ben Nevis and will be running in the Paris marathon in April 2017.

I was born in Dublin and grew up in Devon. I like travelling, socialising and reading. I lived and worked in Ghana for a year as a teacher trainer.

Ever since I was young I’ve loved reading and over time that hasn’t changed. At lunchtimes I can always be found in the staff room on my Kindle!

I used to work in the office every day but since having my second baby I mostly work from home. One of the jobs I do is update the website. When I’m not doing that I like reading, baking and spending time with my family.

I work in the school office, an interesting fact about myself is that I'M A MASSIVE PERFUME FANATIC!! Two of my ultimate favorites are Alien by Thierry Mugler and Knot by Bottega Veneta.
